Trade-in process
- Place the order: Declare your device’s condition for the estimated trade-in value. Fill in your personal and payment details for trade-in value reimbursement.
- Schedule Home pickup: Receive a call or SMS to schedule for trade-in device collection within 5 working days.
- Device collection: An adjusted price will be quoted if the present condition does not match the order. Sign out from all your accounts and perform a factory reset.
- Receive your payment: You will receive payment within 2 working days through the account recorded when you placed your order.
